Surf Camp at the Beach Shack
Available for Weekend Stays from September 6 through October 28, 2024
Learn to ride the waves in Cape May with an expertly-led surfing lesson at the Beach Shack!
Join Cape May’s vibrant surfing culture for a weekend at the Beach Shack, where you’ll be treated to a customized surfing lesson in the waters of Cove Beach. Take to the water with instructors from our partners at EcoVentures, who will teach you how to ride the waves at your own pace and comfort level.
Included in this package:
- Deluxe Accommodations at the Beach Shack
- A 1.5 Hour Customized Surfing Lesson on the Saturday morning of your stay, led by an expert instructor at a 3 to 1 guest-to-instructor ratio
- Use of a 9 foot or 10 foot Surf Board, as well as a Leash, Wax and Wetsuit
- A light breakfast on the morning of your lesson
This package is family-friendly! Anyone age 8+ who is able to swim can take the surfing lesson.

A note about the weather: Our Saturday morning surfing lessons are weather dependent. Should the weather prevent us from holding our lesson on Saturday, we will hold the lesson on Sunday morning.
